How long and how should i take off the two header bolts with spring off my buddys type R

wtf? are you talking about the spring loaded bolts on the cat? what do you mean how long? just use open ended wrenches.

the bolt that are on the collector i was going to just take the impact and try get them off without striping them. I was also asking how long it would take me to get the pipes all off.
