Default missing header bolt

My current header is badly dented and leaking from the car being so low, and I've got a new 2 piece ebay header coming to take its place. My problem is that one of the bolts that holds the header onto the block is missing. Would this cause the leak, or if the other bolts are torqued properly will it not be a problem?

also, what is the torque spec for the header bolts?

thanks,
Patrick

Not 100% sure its the same, but for a ITR its;
bracket bolts are 28lb/ft, spring bolts are 16lb/ft. Bolts on the outlet of cat are 25lb/ft.

And you'll be fine missing one bolt but get it fixed when you can.

Would the honda dealership have that bolt in stock? I've never bought parts from a dealership but this seems to be something I can't just find at autozone haha.
