im looking to get a head for an ls/vtec all-motor application. now, i know a type r head would be the best bet but, are they worth it? also, what other heads have the improved type of LMA's that the R heads use?

 

What the heck is LMAs?

Edit-- I was just looking and thought to myself Lost Motion Assembly duhhhh. I think 96 up gs-r heads are better with the one pin deal and all that crap.
