head studs??

Default head studs??

i just picked up a head from a buddy and some of the studs that hold on the intake and exhaust manifolds are missing. i have some on a spare head but how do i take them out and put them back on? thanks in advance.

what year is the head from?If it is newer they use bolts in some of the holes instead of studs.The exhaust side only uses 2,I can't remember how many the intake side used

they are from a 92 and 95 but they are missing random ones. they are smooth it came that way when i bought it. how do i take them out and put them back in?

You can double lock 2 12mm nuts on the studs to back the studs out of the old head.
