Head installation questions

Im about to reinstall the head on my d16y8 vtec engine. Is there any good tips that anyone can give me on this. This is my first head removal and installation and I hope it goes well no leaks etc.

Read the HELMS manual, and follow the instructions carefully. Re-Read it if necessary.
