Default Head gasket aftermath problem (B18A1 in EG)

Looking for urgent help. Need the car to move tomorrow.
Changed the head gasket today due to leaking oil out of the front. Everything went good i took my time and did it right (at least i thought i had it all perfect)
well first start up it ran like it was only on 3 cylinders. heres details:
Head gasket from Local parts store as well as head bolts
I Copper coated it before installing it.
Timing has been checked over and over ... it all lines up perfect
torqued the bolts in correct stages and order
Plugs and wires in seemingly working condition
After running like crap for a min or 2 I pulled the plugs ... still dry and clean.
there is a huge noticeable difference when pulling off #3 an 4 plug wire and only a slightly noticeable difference when pulling #2 (#1 seems to make a difference but between strong and the slight)

Any help would be great ... Need this runnign tonight .. If I left somethign out just ask Ill fill it in being how im not making it anywhere in the garage. Ill be here a while i take it. Thanks in advance

do a leak down test or compression test also make sure valves are adjusted to spec.

I dont have resources tonight for a leakdown or compression test sadly .. I know thats the best easiest way though... anything else i could do or check or try? Motor ran great before i started ... just had small oil leak under the head right above the block code.

Status: Was the valves needing adjusted. They were so far off i dont understand how it ran before i started this... all went back into their original location and the set screw was never loosened.. but oh well its done. Thanks Intense.
heres to you

!
