head bolt tourqe spec.
It's 60 lbf/ft for the C1. I am unsure wether or not it's different for the killer Bs. If you don't have one I strongly recomend a Helms service manual.

it's a 2 stage torque down: 22 lb ft in the sequence specified by the honda instructions followed by 61 lb ft in the same sequence. the head bolts and washers should be oiled with engine oil ahead of time. If you are using ARP head studs then use ARP torque down specs and their lubricant provided with their studs.the decks should be clean, use a new head gasket,cam gear pulleys with their upmarks pointed up, align the oil control orifice and dowel pins...a helms manual is your friend so you don't guess or listen to other people... honda's specs only.
