Head bolt torque specs?

I need the torque specs for 87 Integra (d16a6 I believe) head bolts. If someone could give me the steps and order, I would much appreciate it.

I wish. Not for this car I don't unfortunately. It would definitely be the best thing to have, but I'm not going to spend the 65 bucks for something I only need this one time. Maybe someone else can scan/lend me the manual?
