Default head bolt question?

I am pulling the head of my 95 gsr for a valve job this week what is the majority on head bolts,
reuse factory, get new factory, or ARP head bolts or studs.
Also if you go with high comp. headgsket (spoon or mugen) and go with aftermarket bolts/studs what tourque specs you go by?

Personally, I'd go with new factory.

If you're goin' with aftermarket stuff, follow THEIR torque specs, NOT factory.
