Default which head is better for ls/vtec?

ive heard the b16 is better, cause it flows better... then i hear the gsr is better.. im confused!! some one help me out!!

GSR = higher compression ratio (smaller combustion chamber)

if your gonna keep the head stock use a GSR but if your pulling out all the stops and gonna fully build it I would go with a B16
