which head is better for ls/vtec?

which head is better for ls/vtec?

ive heard the b16 is better, cause it flows better... then i hear the gsr is better.. im confused!! some one help me out!!

b16 is good cheap head to use

GSR = higher compression ratio (smaller combustion chamber)
