Default having problem with vtec

im having a problem with my motor i just checked to see what code i was throwing and its code 22 (vtec pressure valve) im not sure how to fix this problem vtec does not crack at all i do my oil changes on a regular basis so its not that i dont have oil im not sure if it can be loose wiring on my harness but i have checked and everything is in contact i also checked my vtec cylinoid and the wires to make sure nothing has popped out of place and everything there is good any other suggestion of what might be going on with my car so i can fix this problem???

first check continuity in the pressure swich then if there is continuity check if there is voltage getting to the pressure switch check pin 1 (+ to pin 1 - to body ground)voltage to pin 1 check that there is voltage going across the connector check voltage drop across pin 1 and 2 on the pressure swich CONNECTOR if there is voltage across it (check by positive to 1 negative to 2) if everything is good check conyinuity between the the vtec selonoid and body ground there shoul;d be 14-30 ohms resistance if anything is wrong fix it.
