Has anyone experienced this wideband issue?
Hello all,
Been searching around but I have not found anything consistent about my problem.
So I have a innovative wideband LC-2 that has been working great for the last month or two. No issues. Today, while driving around it started reading 8.9-9.1 all the time, even when it's in warm up mode.
I notice I have been consuming oil (about a quart over 1000 miles, I believe it is from a mix of leaky return line and oil loss from my crankcase venting system (catchcan)). Assuming it is not that, and I am burning oil, is it possible to foul out a wideband o2 sensor? Seems weird that it would happen all at once though...Was working great last night and this morning.
Has anyone experienced this issue? I am gonna try a fresh-air calibration on it, but I don't see how that would fix it. I will also troubleshoot the entire systems connections.
If you have experience it, does it tend to be a bad sensor or controller, I can pick up a new sensor for ~50 bucks, so that would be nice.
Thanks everyone, sorry if I missed a existing topic when I was searching, I found a bunch of similar problems but they weren't quite what I am seeing.
