Default OIL SENSOR HELP

I returned my car back to stock recently and i am wondering if i will be okay if i didnt put any telfon/sealant on the oil sensor fitting? I am asking this because i had already put the oil sensor back into the block and that thing is a b**** to get to.

Well its a good idea to do it. Does it leak? Then you'll be ok. Just hope that it doesn't seize up cuz you may need to take it back out.

I'm not sure if it leaks, i just started up the motor today after 2 weeks of my car not running. Will anything happen if it leaks, anything that can cause damage to my car?
