I am converting my car back to OBD2 emissions and I can not buy a OBD2 plug-in port alone. Which Harness is connected to the Port, When I disconnected the plug-in from the bracket it was connected the Wiring went out the bottom of the car threw a hole behind the climate control, and stereo part of the dash. Near the Airbag module. Where does it go from there? By reading the Haynes Repair manual, only one wire goes to the (ECU), one to the fuse box, and one ground. Can I just cut it at the hole and make it excessible to emissions inspectors.
