Default hard to start car

Its hard to start my car, after its warmed up. I got a 90 integra lsvtec-turbo with 7psi of boost and i got 450cc dsm injectors with the safc-2 and a aebs intake manifold, and i have a crane hi6 ignition system, every time i go around the block, come home and turn my car off, my car wont start back up, another thing is i have to have my afc set at 0 at the 1k to even idle good.

im guessing the car is running really rich and flooding. Those 450ccs are way too much fuel untuned for 7psi......

It runs rich, but its at 7psi now. Before, I went ls/vtec turbo I just had a ls-t, and that was at 12psi, but soon I will have it at 10, havent got there yet, but still trying to tune it at 7psi because the vtec kicks in and it needs more gas so it dont ping. then after that the boost goes up. But like i said the idles like **** unless its at 0% and thats alot of fuel for 450cc injectors.
