h2b problem

Default h2b problem

well im doin a h2b...i installed the plate on to the block with no problems...but wen i went to attach the tranny it does go all the way in...it sticks out like 2 inches...and trust me i shack the damn thing 50 times....wiggle it u name everything....it feels like something blocking it from go further in...i think i might b my clutch...but im not sure...any help plss...

What kit are you using? Your putting it on without the intermediate shaft or starter in right? Did you use the clutch alignment tool? If your using the qsd kit do you have the alignment dowells in the block? Its not your b clutch everyone is using one including me and my tranny went right in. What flywheel and is the pilot bearing pressed in correctly?

i know that you have to gring off a pointy piece either on the trans or the block, did you do that? if not the plate will not sit flush.

You shouldnt have to grind off any pointy piece. My plate sits flush with no grinding except for where the axle sits
