Default h23/vtec-FPR/vacuum

i finally got the thing to idle normally. I unplugged the Fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. now it idles fine??????? you won't even believe how horribly it ran before doing this. the vacuum line going to the FPR is wet from gas like it traveled through to the intake manifold??? any thoughts. i searched but there was like 800 returns and didn't see anythin about car not working until its unplugged??obviously i didnt check them all. just about how the pressure differs with the line connected and disconnected.
