Default h23 into 00ek help!!!

Was up guys. Hey I now some of you people are going to say something stupid so keep negative coments to yourself. I need pleople who are going to help to answer to this post. People with the actual swap answer please...

Here is the deal, my cousing wants to do a h23 swap on his 00ek he has done a lot of searching on here and other forums and is having problems getting answers to the how-to questions he has. I don't feel like spending too much time searching for him either.

What he got:
1.00 ek DX manual
2.no motor,no tranny, no wiring harness and no ecu

What he's getting:
1.1994 lude non vtec, the whole car(crash), stick with everything for the swap.

I guess the question is, what else is he going to need to complete the swap?
How much extra money is he going to spend on custom parts and what not. His brother is a mechanic so the labor charge is out of the question.
We know that he is going to need axels from integra and accord/prelude combo, does anybody sells aftermarket axels for this swap and how much?

His main concern is the wiring of the motor to the car, what ecu he needs and the amount of after market/custom parts he needs. We are a little confuse as to what we need, some people say one thing others say something else. Please help us with this swap.

He wants to know if he should buy the car or not or just go with the b series. He is getting a great deal on the car. Please pleople that know and want to help answer, if not, don't bother answering.
Thanks.

get the harness for that car (00EK) and an obdII to obdI jumper harness.

you will have to make the engine part of the harness fit the H23 which will take some wiring, but its not terribly difficult. mak sure you get the helms electronic troubleshooting manuals for the car and the engine. you will spend around $140 for both.

find the original harness for the car like already stated (must be a 99-00 harness). you will need mounts and axles, but everything esle can be pulled from the wrecked lude (shift linkage, etc.). wiring is pretty simple, especially since you'll have a donor harness out of the lude for extra plugs. you'll need to extend the alt. wiring, iacv, iat (you'll need to actually switch iat plug styles, so just use the iat plug off the lude harness), and map sensor. i currently have an h23 in my 00 si until i finish my build, and i love it. i'd rather have it than any bolt on b series, even a type argghhhhh. as long as you can find the original harness that goes to the car, the rest will be easy. as far as price, depending on what you want, i have hcp mounts and Raxle axle's, i belive for both of them the cost was around 700 bucks or so, but the fitment is perfect and no axle bindage/popping out issues at all.
