Default H22a5 rebuild!

Hi guys!
Be patient with me my technical knowledge is very limited about this engine so any help would be much appreciated.
Ive got a 91 civic ef and I stupidly let the cambelt snap and the engine is knackered.
Its currently got a d14 twin carb lump in it but ive been thinking for a while about an engine swapbut ddidn't want to go down the route of the b-series swap so I got looking and found a few people have done the h22a5 swap.
I found one, stripped it and it looks like a good buy but now to my problem. I obviously want to put new shells and piston rings etc in but im not sure about the measurements of the crank etc and don't want to be fitting the wrong bits.
Any help on what/where to buy everything I nees would be a great help
Many thanks in advance

I got 101,000 results when I put "H22 in EF swap" into a Google search.

As for the internals. Spec them out pretty much any dealer that sells Honda parts.

ANother Google search will tell you what parts you need for the rebuild. Shall I find that for you too?

Only thing that makes any real difference is the year of when it was made. I checked at the dealership with my VIN that my '97 H22A5 has 50mm main bearings. If you've '98 or never it has 55mm mains.

Ok the sarcasm was deserved.
But ive been looking on ebay but none of the results are a5 specific. I found ones for f22 which are 50mm diameter mains. And I've found that h23 and f22 run the same crank but can I use f22 shells on the h22

The A5 is found in the UK is it not (I didn't bother to check)?

If what I saw was true the only difference that matters is 50mm bearings vs 55mm.
