ok i recently started a swap hince title. but im lost on bits n pieces of it. im getting a p14 ecu with jumper since the prelude is 97 with obd2 wiring harness.
i know i need to rewire the distrubitor, crankshaft sensor, and injectors. also know i need custom mounts. but idk how to rewire everything right n the guy thats helping me aint around enough to get it done in the time i need it. can anybody give me a dummys way to do all this and let me know of any other problems i might run into

 

p14 ecu is for a h23nonvtec motor

 

yea but i plan on mapping it to my motor

 

ok ive got the ecu in and going buti still have the rewiring to do. does any1 know if some1 makes a conversion carness for all the rewiring im going to need to do instead??

well i was kinda in a hurry n made the stupid mistake of buying the full 97 prelude out the scrapyard that way i have the entire swap right there n if i needed anything it was there. but the bolts in my dd integra motor mount broke off inside the motor n it cost to much to get them drilled out n i dont want to drill it cause its to high risk that i f* up the motor by drilling to deep or missing n cracking the block. so its been kinda fix each problem as it comes along then look for new one that might happen.

broken bolts was the start of my problems leading up to the wiring issue. n thanks for the tread, but not many are any help

 

ive come up with a good question. the motor and wiring harnes ive got are both obd2 but im using a jumper harness from the computer to the wiring harness. with both the motor and wiring harness being obd2 shouldnt the jumper harness repin the ecu to where i dont have to rewire the distrubitor and crankshaft sensor?

 

ok ive got the motor in. radiators proving a tight fit. but my main concern is wiring up the rest of the car. should i rewire the entire thing or just cut n splice. i know rywire does a conversion for something like this but i havent been able to find it. any help?

 

Did anyone have a recommend engine mount brand for h22a4 swap into 94 Integra? I've read up on a few it seems they put the engine in different spots between the brands.
