I have a 98 civic with a 95 h22a swap. The check engine light is always on local shop said it was for a o2 sensor. I have been ignoring it for years. The other day it was pretty damn cold here and my car started but was idiling like ****. The check engine light took like 5-10 seconds to turn on as soon as it did the car ran fine. The next morning I couldn't get it to start. I replaced the plugs and did an new valve cover gasket kit. upon inspection I saw my plugs were oily and looked to be fouled. 8 months ago I replaced the main relay and distributor along with plugs and wires. battery seems good. it cranks with some purpose but wont turn on, any help will be appreciated.
