H22a vs. H23b

Can anyone give me the specs on these two engines? any and all information would be much appreciated. what would be the advantages/disadvantages of each one? is it true that the h22a is non-vtec and the h23b is vtec? thanks!

h22a - 2.2L dohc vtec

h23b - what the hell is that?

h23a - 2.3L dohc non-vtec

H23b is a dohc v-tec motor .... jdm .. came off a 00-01 accord wagon/// weird.... does anyone has and specs on that motor?
