Default H22A vs H22A4, can someone help??

Friend of mine has an H22A in his Accord, out of a 94 lude I believe. He snapped the timing belt, bent some valves. He has access to an H22A4 head from a 97" and up lude. will this head bolt right up( I think it does), and if so are there any compression differences or head gasket changes that need to be made.?
Can it be bolted up for a stock type fit?
