Default H22a from scratch Any suggestions??

My Block is floating in the hot tank as we speak. Any suggestions as far as the bottom end? ie; knife-edging and micropolishing crank, chamfered oil passages, piston and rod suggestions, who makes the best sleeves(benson's?)? The motor will be boosted to the tune of 18-22 psi. Thank for all the help.

DO NOT KNIFE EDGE!!!!!

All professional racers don't knife edge there cranks!!!! It will unbalance the crank shaft!!!!

Golden Eagle makes the best sleeves. http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com
They can also get a good deal on forged pistons.
I suggest you consult golden eagle for your application.......

the cranks are tuffriddin they are soft with a hard coating over them if you grind the crank doen you will kiss your bearings good bye.

DO NOT KNIFE EDGE!!!!!
I agree too, it also weakens your crank and is pointless. Currently my block is at golden eagle right now. They are resleeving my block and having it bored out 2mm over. If you ask anyone you will hear nothing but good things about them too.
