h22a rev 2 6500 no vtec

done transplant in2 my 92 accord use to be cabry now has h22a
but revs out 2 6500 n no vtec
ive changed vtec solonid got p13 ecu
normal operrating tempreture
no cel
how do i fix this prob???

does your speedo work? there are a couple of vriables that it can be, we need more info!!
