h22a integra questons

i installed new spark plugs a few days ago and pulled them out today and cylender number 1 the plug was extreemly dirty and the rest looked brand new... what does this mean?

you might have possibly gotten it dirty when installing the spark plug. How does the car run? You may have a set of bad rings and oil may be getting into the combustion chamber.

i dont think its oil.. its more of a pouder not oily...
