Default h22a injectors

I did an obd1 conversion (from obd2) and I just got around to swapping injectors. My question is, are the positive and negative wires swapped between the obd 1 injectors and obd2? onthe obd1 there are a ton of red and black wires, on obd2 there are a ton of yellow and black wires. should I assume the multiple sets of each type go together? As i have it wired now, that is not the case, and it is running like ****. However that could be any number of other reasons. Thanx in advaced.

they yellow/black on civic/integras/ probly running badly because the lude injectors are a higher output, what year prelude injectors are you using? because umight need resistors.
