Default h22a distributor problem

ok, I took the distributor off my car to polish the shell and after reinstalling it the car wont start and gives the obd1 code 15 for ignition. Anyone know where the problem could be? I even tried a different ignighter. Im using a JDM dist. but have a external MSD coil wired into the cap. Really need help cause a new distributor runs $200 plus and Im broke. Thanx
