Default h22 running rich

about a week ago my h22 del sol starting running real rich. i have no check engine lights and the car is slow *** hell and sputters. i have a rough idel but my plugs are good my fuel pressure is 38psi at ideal and (wot) 45psi. i adjusted the idel screw on the throttle body a little bit and ever sense that its been running rich black smoke when i start it any ideas so it falls on its face when i give it gas and its becoming a problem

check ALL f the grunds. 02 sensor if its connected properly. try and run it long enough so u can trigger a CEL to see if anthing it wrong. but i would go with grounds and o2 sensors first. try checking ur MAP sendor as well.
