Default H22 distributor problems

I installed a h22 into my 95 accord ex. The engine is a jdm model with the internal coil setup in the distributor and i'm (trying) using the f22,auto ecu. The problem is that with the jdm distributor on the engine it will not spark, if i put the f22 distributor on it sparks fine at the plugs. I tested the h22 distributor and the coil checked out low so i put another distributor of another h22 i had and that i know works, still no spark! All grounds are good, all wires hooked correctly. Is there something inside the jdm distributor that is not wired to run on the us wiring or f22 ecu. Thanks for any help.
