Default H22 CPR issues

I swapped to coil packs and this has been a nightmare.

I have done this install and checked every last wire. They are connect as instructed. Grounded as instructed. Still will not start no spark. I have used 3 coil packs. I took a brand new one no spark.

I get the power ign and sync light. All blink as they should.

I notice in the instruction it states pin A22 with the cpr ICM wire. The prelude has A22 blank and ICM as A21. So I pinned it to A21. The manual for the prelude states that A21 is the trigger to the icm for the external coil. So this should be the correct pin out for the CPR.

I pull the external coil out. I disconnected ICM from the inside of the distributor to be safe.

What could be wrong. Please I need help. Might just go back to dizzy when my car ran fine.
