Default H22 a4 compression test results...

I was in the market to buy this accord with H22 A4 swap. It has about 30k miles on the motor. The compression test results were 200 220 230 240 after we let it warm up properly. When we poured oil to check for rings, the owner of the car poured too much oil because it shot up pretty high to like 300 psi. The car seem to ride fine and idle pretty damn good. He did state that the car has been sitting a few months before he showed me the car. Do yal think the ring will seat properly after couple hundred miles due to it not running for a while?
When the car was running normally, I didn't notice any smoke in the tail pipe.

I would perform a leakdown test on it before purchase. That will tell you where the air is going.
