H&R Spring Problem!
Just installed H&R Sport springs on my 2000 Civic Si using stock shocks. I realize using the stock shocks may have been a bad idea, but now I have very little wheel clearance on all four, especially the front. Have 17" wheels with 215/40's. The fronts are now rubbing under the fender when going over minor bumps. How can I fix this? Is there something I can do to adjust the ride height without new shocks? If I get new shocks, will that even adjust my ride height? Will adjustable shocks adjust the ride height? Please help. Thanks.

Koni yellows and their movable spring perch might help, but not 100% positive about it.
Here are some suggestions, donno if they are what you really would like to do thou?
Replace the H&R sports with ground controls, they would give you the ability to adjust ride height.
Or.....change the tires to a narrower size 205's maybe?
Or.....better yet ditch the 17's and go with 15" or 16" wheels/tires?
Sorry but those 215 tires on 17" wheels are alot to stuff under there even before lowering.

What's the offset & width of the wheels? That & the tire width is what's causing the rubbing, not the shocks. Height adjustability on shocks will just be a band-aid.
