Default Guide for Complete Tune-Up?

The weather is warming up...

Am I missing anything for my upcoming spring tune-up?

Just bought the car, 250K KM, no idea on maintenance history (new swap).

Valve Adjustment
All filters (Air, oil, fuel, PCV)
All fluids (Oil, brake, clutch, coolant, transmission, power steering)
Distributor Cap&Rotor
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wire Test

Brake Rotors
Brake Pads

(If wallet allows)
Springs
Shocks/Struts
Ball Joints
Oxygen Sensor

The O2 sensor would be first on my 'if wallet allows list'. Other than that, check/set the igntion timing. Maybe the belts and hoses too?
