well heres the story, i had the head on my car for a year and a half and it ran great, then i sold it to someone else.
this person has tried a few times to install it, fisrt time he got it to start and it blew the head gasket, second time he reinstalls it double checking the torque specs in order, he gets it started it idles rough and he trys to take in on the raod and the head gasket blows again and the radiator blows too
at this point im thinkin the head is warped or his block it warped, so he had a honda mechanic check it out and he said the head looked perfectly fine to him
so he tries the head on another crx and the head gasket blows again, it has been the #1 and #3 cylinders that have blown,
anyone have any idea what could be the cause? this person is angry at me but it worked fine on my car, when i got the head someone else installed it, so i dont know if there is anything special you are supposed to do
if guys have any clue let me know, im calling gude right now
thanks

I'm just guessing, but maybe there is a compression ratio problem. I know that GUDE mills the heads to raise the compression, maybe your friend is using pistons which would raise the CR too high and the gasket is just the first thing that goes. That would also explain the shitty idle.
