Default GSR Wiring Issues

When I bought my gsr I didnt know but all the wiring was cut in various points. On the engine side the harness is cut and every wire has a butt on them with the 2 ends of the wires in one side of the butt. On the chassis side(3 plugs on passenger side engine mount area)is also cut same situation. By the ecu same thing, even wires not tapped into is cut with a butt on them. Also by the drivers side firewall the plug is cut and tapped into the other side, but upon inspection some wires dont match the colors of the ones tapped into.
My car was throwing a code 3 for a while, I hardly drive the car its a 94 clean title with 52k miles. 2 days ago I redlined 1st and went to 7k in 2nd and now my car has big blow by. I have not checked compression yet, but I have a built motor comin from spark racing and I was awaiting it to do a full blown turbo setup. One point my vafc was goin on /off and it was the power wire by the ecu was not connected solidly in the butt, should be soldered to begin with.
How hard is it to change the wiring that goes to the ecu, etc(chassis wiring?). Im good with wires but is it mass confusion? The car was running however with whatever way the wires is connected.

does the 94 gsr ecu wires go straight out the firewall and into the engine bay, plug n play?

AHh turns out someone tried to steal her and cut it all up. Theres civic plugs instead of teg plug so the wire colors are different. I resoldered everything exept by the ecu-My Back Aches!!!!!
