Default GSR vs B16A2 Valves

When ordering valves are GSR valves the same as B16A2 valves? Here's a couple other questions:

At what year did they start going with dual valve springs?

yes, same exact valves are used between GSR & B16 engines.

dual valve springs were used in all US 92+ B-series VTEC engines. In Japan, they used dual valve springs on the intake side of the 89-91 B16A engines, and single (outer) springs only, on the 89-91 Auto B16 engines... 92+ jdm engines all have dual vsprings (but I think 92+ auto b16's run dual vsprings on the intake side only/single-outers on the exhaust side, I could be wrong tho)
