Default GSR swap with GSR ecu better or b16 ecu better?

i am about to pick up an GSR swap with skunk2 intake manifold and i guess it comes with the 2000 b16 ecu.. which ecu should i run with? and it's a 99 gsr motor and i got a 92 hatch si.. could i just use my engine harness?
is it a good idea to chip my stock ecu to run with the motor and the intake manifold? lmk wut u guys think??
