Default gsr rebuild please help

Hey guys i just got my block back after a spun bearing put it out of comission well anyways the crank is still good and he turned it to a .010 and balanced it for me and bored my cylinder walls to a .020 from standard so my question is will this be enough to rebuild my motor completeley...
GSR rebuild project

ACL race bearing kit main rod and thrust $100 modern automotive performance
Full gasket kit $170 rock auto
Wiseco piston and manley rod set $780 rsp (407)-695-race
Type r oil pump $104 ebay
water pump $36 rock auto
Timing belt $22 rock auto
total $1272 in parts

my budget was $1400 and ive already pushed it a bit with the machine work but i figure if im in there lets do it right so would this be good for a future bolt on turbo? my HP goal is 300-350
im going to assemble the motor myself so there will be no cost there besides getting he pistons hung i just need to know if this is everything i need cause thats all i have enough money for now and i need to get my car back on the road, and will i push those numbers reliably with that setup?

You'll need some new rings, and a new timing belt tensioner if you don't have them already. Wether or not this will be a good turbo setup depends on the compression ratio of those pistons. Do you know what it is?

As long as the pistons are low compression, then it will be great for turbo. The only thing I see wrong with this list is the cams. They will not be good for forced induction. You will need a tune in order to run this engine safely.
