Default gsr overheating,need suggestions...

I'm working on a 99 si with a gsr motor
pretty much stock,besides intake ,header..

The car ran fine for about 4 months, from the day
it got the gsr motor,it runs on a gsr computer by the way..

so,car idles fine drives around town fine, untill its starts to
go uphills for longer than a minute then it start to move needle
in the gauge to 3/4 of the way...a 1/4 away from the redzone.

we changed, thermostat, coolant ,flushed radiator, checked fan comes on,
checked head and block surface, changed headgasket, put fresh coolant
bleed the system and still does the same thing it didnt get better or worst..

again only going up hills, fan comes on when driving.
i pulled over when needle starts to move and it was on.
any advice or recomendations you guys have is welcomed....

Do you think your engine is overheating? Or from what your eyes see where the temp. needle is, and you think you're overheating? If you already did the fluid changed and parts mentioned above, then it shouldn't overheat! Did you changed your temp. sensor? Mine did the same thing and I did the same thing as you did, but I didn't changed my temp. sensor. After all that, the temp. needle stays below the half-way mark.
