i cant seem to get my contoller to hit max boost (18psi) not til 3rd gear at 4500+. Before i get to 3rd my boost max out at 12psi. Is due to the turbo not able to handle it? gains are wrong? etc. My set is : 01 dc2 ls non-vtec 18g turbo built motor with turbo cams.
