Default Greddy BOV NOT WORKING WHY!!!!

OK here we go i have a b16 turbo and was useing the turbo XS type H and it worked But it leaked so i went with a greddy RS BOV and now all i here is the wastegate opening and fluttering. I have checked for leaks,I have changed my Presure line from 1/4 to what ever they give you with the BOV( Smaller then 1/4) I have loosened the spring all the way up and tightened it all the way and yes i stopped inbetween and there was NO differance, I pushed the bottom of the valve up and down and it moved freely.
Could i have a broken valve? and if so what could be broken on it?
Anyone have any ideas? Help please

as long as you are getting a clean shot of manifold vaccum then there is no reason why it shouldnt be working.

Just because its greddy doesnt mean that it has to work either.

well greddy is supposed to be up there with the best! for greddy I looked at the BOV and i seems that the shaft is bent slightly! so that on 1 angle it works and on the other it will not. Went for a rip and it work 1 time and not the other.
A Very Very BIG For greddy, I used to like them but now i think that they are......... Not very good

what BOV did you have before you switched to Greddy RS?? IF the BOV is not making noise then i'm assuming you're having a Vaccuum Leak or wrong connection on the hoses. More details would help for the answer.
