Default got a question that i cant seem to find the answer to....

ok so here is my problem.i just put a fully built gsr motor in my car, obd1eg.it has hondata s300,dsm injectors, stock map etc etc so this is the thing.i am getting fire, getting fuel, and the car is running and has compression but number three cyl is not doing ****,i checked for fuel in that cyl, checked for spark in that cyl,and checked for compression in that cyl but the car has a mis and when i pull that plug wire nothing changes.......could just one cyl be firing at the wrong time?or can anyone think of anything else because i am puzzled.

double checked it is getting all of them but i think that it is p[ossible that it may be firing at the wrong time on that one cyl.

switch your #2 and #3 plug wires...trust me, I bet you have the firing order going the wrong direction on the cap....I know you said you only miss to one cylinder but you also said you had fire, compression, timing, fuel...something is missing, and that is a easy thing to check.... I got money that that is your problem.

And it is impossible for spark to be off timing to only one cylinder, it's possible that it wouldn't get spark to only one cylinder but not bad timing to only one cylinder

Spark at the wrong time possibly? a sparkplug that is cracked around the porcilin that lets out all the compression? they do this if you tighten them too much. its the weirdest thing to diagnois.
