Good tuner in Texas (aem ems)

Hi I have a 2000 Type r.I'm going turbo,and I need to get my car tuned to about 400 hp.Does anybody here know some good tuners in Texas for Aem Ems?I'll need one by about fbruary or March

Thanks guys I've actually already talked to Tony1 and he wants me to get Neptune but I just wanna stick with aem since I already have it. I'll check out the other two guys.Thanks
