Hi i'm moving to cali and here in ohio we have no emissions..

i was thinking of installing some parts but dono if its going to be done properly

before i get out to the emissions dyno i would like to know already weather il pass :D

any good ..cheap.. scanners for jdm h22a civic

you dont really need a scan tool on an OBDI honda...what are you scanning?

I dont know the california emissions program, but IIRC, cars with engine swaps do not pass Smog
