Default good data logging program?

hello, I don't really know where to start with names of data loggers. I downloaded zeitronix or something but it has no support for USB. my plans are to wire up a usb cable to my non-OBD ecu and then use usb with my laptop. also, I am looking for free data loggers, and it doesn't have to be that high tech, just good enough to show AFM, RPM and maybe more... but not needed. thanks for your input!
