going to spray 100 shot.
Im thinking about spraying a 100 shot but i dont know if my motor can handle it. going to use 109 octane and tweak the timing a little do you think my stock oem parts can handle that much of a squezzzzz.
I don't know much about Honda engines as far as power handling, but in general stock 4cyl engines shouldn't be sprayed with more than a 50 wet shot, if you want reliability, and to be able to drive home from the track. If you want any more do 75 but I think a 100 will be too much for stock internals. You may get away with it once or twice but it's just a matter of time.
Now if you were driving a stang and wanted to hit a 100 shot in it, I'd say go for it, but I'd never do it in a 4banger like your Integra or my Neon.

i have a friend that is running a 200 shot on a
oem parts built ls vtec"built by me"he runs 90 lbs of fuel pressure and the timing is retared 6
degrees.
the car weighs 1810 with him in it and in a 1/8 it ran 7.09 @ 103 w/a 1.5 60 ft and that was with the big heavy *** si rims on it with 26x8x15 slicks,he has since then bought my bogart pro 4's 26x10x15,and has yet to run because of the tracts have shut down up here.he has never got to run in the 1/4 but if i had to guess i'd say around high 10's.
for those of you that want to flame, come down here and you can see for your self.the car is down right nasty.
if you have enought fuel to feed the fire, then
your motor will last longer, but eventually will fail, even with built internals.because of the wear it puts on the bottom end.

It's all about getting the proper amount of fuel when using N2O. Gasoline acts as a coolant in the combustion process when nitrous and fuel are being burned. Running lean and not having enough fuel is asking for severe detonation and ending up with melted valves or holes in your pistons.
I don't feel like getting into the combustion process when n20 is being burned, to keep it short and sweet, make sure it is getting ample fuel.

Its very risky if you don't know what you are doing. And friend of mine used to run a 100shot on a stock b16a all day long. I think he made over 100 passes with it, and that doesn't include the street racing part either
.
He used to run 12.2 at the track all day long I don't remember the mph. Some of you might of seen it at Atco raceway. black ef hatch on slicks and gutted.

Well, it depends mostly on your pistons.what compression are you running?
If you are running pr4's(with is about 9.8 comp.)and good tunning, its very possible.Anything higher i would not risk it.

THIS PICTURE IS A FAKE, ITS PHOTOSHOP WORK. that will never happen with notorious. especially 100 shot. Look you can clearly see that the exhaust manifold is still attached, I was watching fast and the furious, the guy squeezed notorious and he blew the bolts right off the intake manifold. Ive seen it happen in real life too, once my friend did it too. Ive squeezed up to 175 shot, and nothing even happened. not even a screw fell of the manifold. But if you want real power bro get a blower, Jeckson Recing makes some of the best stuff out there. Ive seen some monsters bro. Btw if you need help on setting up the system I can help, its simple, the only thing is you might need a FMU. I also have alot of Old mob movies we can watch them if you want later, maybe get some pizza and invite some girls over so we can kiss them scamming style. hehehehe.
god, looks like honda-tech is getting overrun by dumbasses..
if you put that much effect and money to tune the motor to run 100 shots, with retarded timing and all that to handle the shot.
what the hell would happen if you not on the bottle? yes, that's right, the car is gonna drive a flaming piles of sh-t.
the only thing i can agree with you, mr. finland is the turbo/sc idea.
i wouldn't pick up jAckson racing's sh-t, go custom turbo

I think that is what he was talking about, msd btm.. But i don't know if they make a ignition for nitrous??

A big misconception is that a 100 shot equals 100 extra horsepower. The actual horsepower increase will depend on the mixture, the type of setup, the motor, the modifications, and just about everything else. Some friends and I just dyno'd a Prelude the other day with the usual bolt-on's and a single jet wet nitrous kit: with a 50 shot we averaged a 31 horsepower gain. With a 100 shot, we averaged a 63 horsepower gain. Just please be sure to double check the fuel and make sure you are getting enough.
