GM Synchromesh. Who's using it? And is it worth it?

Penzoil yellow bottle = plain syncromesh
uber expensive non-cylindrical GM bottle = syncromesh friction modified.

I use friction modified and It will put a band-aid on all of your grinding gears as long as they're not shot all to hell..
IMHO it's well worth the $9 per quart.
