GM Manual Trans. Fluid?
A friend who used to have an Integra told me that a lot of Honda guys use GM Manual Transmission fluid w/Limited Friction to reduce grinding. I am experiencing some grinding in my Prelude that has 150k+ miles. I just bought the car and I don't have any service history for it but I want to change the tranny fluid... feedback on GM Man. Trans Fluid in a Honda?
Its works numbers on my transmission. When I first got my type S, it would pop out of 3rd gear while driving every single day. After doing a Gm syncromesh swap it hasn't popped out of gear in 6 months on the same fluid.
Most people run a combo of gm mtf https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=549469&page=1

To my knowledge, the Pennzoil version is not available in Friction Modified formulation.
