Default Getting a turbo

I've always stood behind GReddy for their parts but I'd been sitting here twiddling
my thumbs waiting for them to finish the turbo kit for the Honda Civic Ex 99
and I'm kinda sick of waiting. I also want to look in to ball bearing turbo's
can anybody recommend me some other good brands?

The turbo kit that fits the 92-95's also fits the 96-00 Civic's.

Just isn't California smog legal.

Or contact VTC_CiViC and purchase his turbo kit that puts out 214 WHP for $3200

hmmmm.... I heard this before, And it seems like it would. since the engine block and throttle body are practically the same. Just curious why they would try to make one for the newer civics if the old one works.

92-95 is OBD1
96+ is OBD2.....different rules when smogging.
